Huawei, the Chinese tech giant, has unveiled its latest smartphone model featuring an increased utilisation of domestically manufactured components.

Supply chain adjustment

Huawei’s decision to incorporate more China-made parts and memory chips in its latest smartphone marks a significant shift in the company’s supply chain strategy. With geopolitical tensions and trade restrictions posing hurdles to its international operations, Huawei has been actively seeking ways to bolster its domestic capabilities and reduce dependence on foreign suppliers.
