Verizon strengthens IoT reach with Singtel and Skylo

Verizon Business has expanded its IoT connectivity services by partnering with Singtel and Skylo. These additions enhance Verizon’s Global IoT Orchestration, allowing businesses to activate and manage IoT devices across 200 territories.

Singtel joins Bell Canada and Telenor IoT as a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) partner, supporting deployments in the Asia Pacific region. Meanwhile, Skylo brings satellite-IoT connectivity to Verizon’s offerings, ensuring coverage in areas with limited cellular access.

Global IoT Orchestration is integrated into Verizon’s ThingSpace IoT management platform. This allows customers to manage their devices through a centralised portal, enabling seamless international activation via eSIM technology. The service is now commercially available to U.S.-based businesses.
