Northern Data Group has entered a strategic partnership with Gcore to create an Intelligence Delivery Network (IDN), aiming to improve AI deployment and inferencing capabilities. The IDN will utilize Northern Data’s GPU infrastructure and Gcore’s Everywhere Inference software to provide a comprehensive AI platform. Additionally, Northern Data has secured an option to acquire a majority stake in Gcore at a predetermined valuation.
