What happened: Juniper and ServiceNow integrate platforms

Juniper Networks and ServiceNow have expanded their partnership to deliver an integrated solution combining Juniper’s AI-native networking platform, Mist™, with ServiceNow’s Telecom Service Management, Inventory, and Sales & Order Management for Telecom. This collaboration aims to provide end-to-end network and service automation for enterprises and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

The integrated solution offers AI-driven insights from Juniper Mist’s wired, wireless, and WAN Assurance products, coupled with ServiceNow’s automated onboarding, service management, asset visibility, and ticket resolution capabilities. This combination facilitates various operational stages, including initial planning, deployment, and ongoing operations.

Deutsche Telekom has implemented this solution within its Secure Networking for Enterprise managed services portfolio, resulting in accelerated service delivery and enhanced operational efficiency. The integration has led to a 60% reduction in network costs, a 90% decrease in wireless issues, and a 50% improvement in deployment speed.

For enterprises and MSPs, this integration offers streamlined processes, reduced operational costs, and improved service quality. The ability to automate critical tasks across various operational stages enhances agility and responsiveness in dynamic network environments.

The successful deployment by Deutsche Telekom underscores the solution’s practical benefits, demonstrating tangible improvements in cost efficiency and service delivery. As digital transformation accelerates, such integrated solutions are poised to play a crucial role in modernising network infrastructure and operations.
