    • STOI provides high-speed, no-phone-line broadband across Mayotte with fast installation, flexible payment, and local-language support.
    • By managing its own network and investing in local infrastructure, STOI strengthens Mayotte’s digital access and independence.

STOI: High-speed broadband without phone lines

STOI, based in Mamoudzou, Mayotte, has emerged as a local leader in providing high-speed internet services to residents and businesses. Unlike traditional providers, STOI offers broadband access that does not require a fixed phone line, making it accessible and convenient for a wide range of customers. Its focus on rapid installation and local support—including service in Shimaoré—has helped bridge connectivity gaps in this French overseas territory.

STOI: Flexible services for homes and businesses

STOI caters to both residential users and businesses, providing competitively priced internet plans starting at €39.90 per month. Customers can pay easily by cash or card, and the company offers support through local channels such as WhatsApp and phone. STOI’s network runs independently under its own autonomous system (AS37614), managing local IP resources and providing stable, locally routed internet across Mamoudzou and surrounding areas.

    STOI: Infrastructure, independence, and growth

STOI distinguishes itself through its local-first approach, operating as the only fully Mayotte-based internet service provider. With its own IPv4 resources and peering partnerships—including with the West Indian Ocean Cable Company—it ensures reliable service and reduced reliance on external providers. As digital demand grows across Mayotte, STOI’s commitment to independence and infrastructure investment positions it to serve the region’s evolving needs.

STOI: Local challenges and digital opportunities

Mayotte faces unique challenges, from geographic isolation to affordability concerns. STOI addresses these by offering no-phone-line internet, local-language service, and flexible payment options tailored to the community. By improving local connectivity, STOI plays a key role in supporting digital inclusion, economic participation, and social development in one of France’s most remote regions.
