Sombha Solutions Store: A local leader in digital empowerment

Founded in 2014, Sombha Solutions Store has rapidly emerged as a prominent Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Uganda. Headquartered in Kampala, the company is committed to bridging the digital divide by delivering reliable, high-speed internet access to underserved and remote areas. Licensed by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), Sombha has transitioned from a Public Service Provider (PSP) to a National Public Service Provider (NPSP) and Regional Public Infrastructure Provider (RPIP), reflecting its expanding role in the country’s ICT landscape.

A transformative partnership for universal internet access

In May 2025, Sombha Solutions Store, in collaboration with global technology leader Veea Inc. and infrastructure powerhouse BG Titan Group, launched Uganda’s first shared-infrastructure “Internet-for-All” pilot network. This groundbreaking initiative aims to provide high-speed, cyber-secure broadband to all licensed telecom operators in Uganda, promoting universal access and fostering collaboration within the industry.
