    • Unipak Nile offers many paper-based packaging solutions and aims at many sectors.
    • Packaging firms face rising raw-material cost, demand for greener products and compliance needs.

Unipak Nile broadens its packaging offer

Unipak Nile Ltd started in 1996 in Cairo, Egypt. It supplies corrugated cartons, promotional boxes, bag in box cartons, shelf ready trays plus delivery and display solutions. It serves agriculture, food and beverage, ecommerce, chemicals, household goods and other industries. It works across Egypt and also for Europe, Middle East and Africa markets. It makes products with good quality at fair price. It uses flexographic pre-print or post-print and flat die-cutting tech.

Unipak Nile also pushes its Rhinopak® brand. That brand covers heavy-duty packaging that is tough and sustainable. It won AA rating in BRCGS audit. That shows its high standards in quality and safety.

Unipak Nile meets sustainability and certification demands

Unipak Nile aims to reduce its environmental impact. It follows principles of Forest Stewardship Council and trains staff on social and environmental goals. It is part of INDEVCO Group, more precisely its Paper Containers division. It holds ISO-9001, HACCP, GMP, OHSAS certifications. It also participates in SEDEX for ethical supply chains. The head office is in 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt. It employs somewhere from 200 to around 465 people and its revenue is estimated between $5 million and $20 million.

Packaging firms face cost and green pressure

The packaging sector must manage rising cost of paper and energy. The firms must meet more rules on safety and worker rights. Demand grows for eco-friendly, recyclable goods. That forces firms to find new tech and materials. Bigger brands meet this by green certification, digital tools and supply traceability. Smaller firms like Unipak Nile must follow. They must keep prices fair and remain efficient.

Innovations in sector hit by automation, digital design and online ordering. Unipak Nile offers digital centre and innovation centre to boost design and service. That helps it to stay flexible and meet fast changing needs.
