  • Internet Thailand Public Company Limited (INET) has partnered with Khon Kaen University (KKU) to drive technological advancements and innovation for the next generation in Thailand through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on July 25, 2024.

In a landmark collaboration, Internet Thailand Public Company Limited (INET) has partnered with Khon Kaen University (KKU) to drive technological advancements and innovation for the next generation of Thais. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on July 25, 2024, by Ms. Marakat Kunthamyothin, Managing Director of INET, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Panthongviriyakul, President of KKU. This strategic partnership aims to foster innovation in key areas and equip students and faculty with cutting-edge technological skills.

A comprehensive plan to advance innovation

The MOU outlines a comprehensive plan to advance innovation in three pivotal areas: research and innovation development, the organisation of various practical training courses, and collaborative activities between lecturers and students. This partnership is designed to create a robust ecosystem that nurtures innovation and practical learning.

Research and Innovation Development: INET and KKU will collaborate on pioneering research projects, leveraging the expertise and resources of both institutions. This initiative aims to produce cutting-edge innovations that address real-world challenges and contribute to Thailand’s technological landscape.

Practical Training Courses: The partnership will see the development and implementation of various practical training courses tailored to equip students with the skills required to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech industry. These courses will focus on hands-on learning, ensuring that participants gain practical experience and insights that are directly applicable to their future careers.

Collaborative Activities: Joint activities between lecturers and students will be a cornerstone of this partnership.
