  • The company operates in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam, focusing on SMEs.

Eemont: Mission of simplifying IT for SMEs

Established in 2019, Eemont Private Limited is a Singapore-based IT consultancy and services provider. The company specialises in delivering managed IT infrastructure, cloud computing, data centre services, and corporate IT support. With a team of 10–50 employees, Eemont aims to make IT services as accessible and reliable as utilities like water and electricity.

Eemont’s service portfolio includes scalable data centre solutions, cloud migration, IP telephony, internet and voice services, mobile solutions, security and surveillance, and print equipment. The company is committed to helping businesses leverage technology for competitive advantage.

Eemont: In the Regional IT Landscape

Operating in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam, Eemont serves a diverse client base across Southeast Asia. The company has designed and delivered large-scale server, network, and cloud computing infrastructure solutions for various business applications.

The IT services industry in Southeast Asia is experiencing rapid growth, driven by digital transformation initiatives and increasing demand for cloud-based solutions. However, challenges such as cybersecurity threats, talent shortages, and the need for continuous innovation persist. Companies like Eemont play a crucial role in addressing these challenges by providing reliable and scalable IT solutions tailored to the needs of SMEs.

Employee feedback on Eemont is mixed. Some employees appreciate the flexible work arrangements and supportive colleagues, while others point out issues like micromanagement and high expectations from management. An Infrastructure Engineer noted, “The colleagues are supportive and talented. The higher management has higher expectations of work output and require grit, time and dedication to improve the business output and operations.
