EABS: A leader in Uganda’s ISP market

East African Broadband Services Limited (EABS), headquartered in Kampala, has emerged as a leading internet service provider in Uganda since its establishment in May 2016. As part of the ISPA group, which began operations in Rwanda in 2005 and has expanded across East Africa, EABS combines regional expertise with local market knowledge. Licensed and regulated by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), the company operates a national network with multiple international fibre gateways, ensuring reliable and redundant connectivity for both domestic and enterprise clients.

The company’s state-of-the-art Network Operating Centre (NOC) is staffed by experienced engineers who monitor and optimise network performance, ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality service. EABS’ dedication to technological excellence has positioned it as a trusted partner for households, small businesses, and large organisations seeking secure, high-speed connectivity.

Comprehensive services drive digital inclusion

EABS provides a full spectrum of internet solutions designed for diverse customer needs. Residential clients enjoy fast, reliable connections suitable for streaming, gaming, and remote work. Small and medium-sized enterprises benefit from scalable broadband solutions that support efficient business operations and communication, while larger organisations gain access to dedicated internet lines, virtual private networks (VPNs), and leased line services that meet stringent security and performance requirements. This integrated approach ensures that EABS can serve a wide range of users while maintaining high service standards.
