CMC Networks: Leadership transition

CMC Networks has confirmed that CEO Marisa Trisolino will depart from her role on 9th May 2025, after a transformative tenure beginning in 2018. During her leadership, Trisolino guided the company through strategic growth, operational innovation, and its acquisition by center3, a subsidiary of the stc Group. The transition reflects CMC Networks’ commitment to evolving its leadership while sustaining a strong market position across Africa and the Middle East.

Chairman Fahad AlHajeri expressed gratitude for Trisolino’s contributions, highlighting her influence on the company’s culture, strategy, and customer-focused ethos. Though stepping down from day-to-day operations, she will remain engaged as a board advisor, providing continuity and strategic insight. CMC Networks in a competitive telecoms market

As one of the top service suppliers in the telecom industry, CMC Networks focusses in networking and connectivity solutions for a number of markets in the Middle East and Africa. The business has played a key role in rolling out cutting-edge network architectures that boost dependability and performance, addressing the rising demand for digital infrastructure in a market that is changing promptly.

Rising customer expectations, difficult regulations, and the requirement of integrating next-generation technologies are among some of the issues facing the telecom sector in this area. In response, CMC Networks has made innovation its primary focus, made investments in modern networks, and developed collaborations that fortify digital ecosystems. By retaining its focus on customer satisfaction and innovation in technology, the company has the capability to meet market pressures and provide superior connectivity solutions across its operational footprint.
