• Improving broadband availability through rural and urban coverage projects
• Backed by a mission-driven team focused on customer needs and green deployment

Company origin: Addressing a local connectivity gap

Chakaza Holdings (PTY) Ltd was founded by a group of technology professionals who were frustrated by the limited internet options in their region. They believed that high-speed internet should not be restricted by geography. Based in Eswatini, the company began with a clear purpose: to improve digital access for all residents. Since then, Chakaza has grown into a national provider delivering broadband infrastructure to homes and businesses. Its mission remains rooted in local needs and equal digital opportunity.

Network growth: Expanding reliable broadband services

Chakaza’s long-term vision is to become the leading internet service provider in Eswatini. To support this, the company continues expanding its coverage footprint into more urban and rural zones. Its services offer stable connections and high data speeds suitable for modern demands such as remote work, video conferencing, education and online business. Chakaza also invests in dependable equipment and performance monitoring to ensure consistent uptime. Its internet packages are designed to meet a range of residential and commercial needs, with an emphasis on stability and reach.

Core values: Technology, service, and sustainability

Chakaza’s operations are guided by three key values: advanced technology, exceptional customer support and sustainability. The company uses modern equipment to ensure network quality and implements eco-friendly practices in system deployment. This includes energy-efficient infrastructure and careful planning to minimise environmental impact. Chakaza also focuses on customer experience, offering responsive support and transparent service agreements. In a country where ICT adoption still faces obstacles such as cost, technical knowledge, and geographic limitations, Chakaza provides a forward-looking model for how local ISPs can grow through innovation and responsibility.
