    • The company aims to make digital payments more accessible and secure for businesses and consumers across Africa.

Cellulant Ltd: Leading the charge in digital payments

Cellulant Ltd, a fintech leader in Africa, is changing the digital payment ecosystem. Founded in 2004, the company offers a variety of payment services that enable businesses and consumers to make fast and secure transactions. The goal is to simplify payments and drive financial inclusion across the continent.

With Tinga, its flagship product, Cellulant connects businesses to multiple payment methods, such as mobile money and bank transfers. This platform streamlines payment processes, removing barriers that often prevent small businesses from growing. With over 40 million users in 11 African countries, Cellulant is a significant player in the continent’s digital payment space.

Cellulant Ltd: Solving challenges in Africa’s payment systems

Africa’s payment systems have been fragmented, with inconsistent access to banking and digital platforms. This has made it difficult for many businesses, especially SMEs, to grow. Cellulant is solving this issue by providing an integrated platform that supports various payment methods. This allows businesses to accept payments from multiple sources with ease.

Additionally, Cellulant has integrated with mobile money services such as M-Pesa and Airtel Money. This integration makes digital payment services accessible to users in rural areas, where traditional banking options are limited.
