Company overview and structure

2Talk Limited is a New Zealand telecommunications company based in Auckland. It provides voice, broadband, mobile and cloud PBX services to both business and residential customers. The company offers VoIP and SIP trunking, unlimited broadband via fibre, VDSL, ADSL and SD-WAN. 2Talk also supplies mobile services via SIMs with voice and data plans. Its offerings include Cloud PBX with features such as conferencing, IVRs, and number maintenance. Customers can keep existing phone numbers and manage services via an online portal. The company does not lock customers into long contracts; many plans are contract-free. 2Talk is owned by 2degrees, one of New Zealand’s major telecommunications operators. Its service and support are NZ-based. 2Talk also runs a reseller or white label service allowing other businesses to use its platform under their own brand.

Service features, reach and technology

2Talk delivers a diverse set of telecommunications services. Its voice solutions include Cloud PBX, SIP trunks, MS Teams trunking, and number porting. Broadband plans range from fibre to slower fixed-line options. It offers unlimited data plans and rapid deployment for business fibre where available. Mobile plans include both voice + data bundles and unlimited text/calls to NZ & Australia. It enables customers to add public IPs, use SD-WAN and manage broadband settings online. 2Talk includes features such as WiFi calling and business messaging with APIs for SMS integration. The company supports call recording, call screening and other PBX-level features. It targets businesses of all sizes, especially those needing advanced telecom tools without heavy infrastructure. Its network connects via upstream carriers and uses local data centres to maintain service quality.
