    • Founded in 1978, Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) is one of Malaysia’s largest fund management companies.
    • Focuses on wealth creation and financial growth for Malaysians through investment funds and strategic asset management.

PNB: A legacy of wealth creation

PNB was founded with a clear mission: to increase wealth for Malaysians through strategic investment management. By offering unit trust schemes, the institution has enabled millions of Malaysians to participate in capital market investments. Through products like Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) and Amanah Saham Malaysia (ASM), PNB has significantly boosted financial literacy and long-term savings in the country.

As of recent reports, PNB manages over RM300 billion in assets, making it one of the largest fund management entities in the region. Its portfolio spans diverse industries, including financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, and real estate.

It holds substantial stakes in major Malaysian corporations such as Maybank, Sime Darby, and Telekom Malaysia. PNB’s strategic overseas investments also include real estate holdings in prime locations such as London and Sydney.

This global approach allows PNB to mitigate risks while capitalising on emerging opportunities across various economic landscapes. The company continues to adapt its investment strategies, aligning with shifting market trends and technological advancements.
