    • MAMPU (Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit) is a government agency under Malaysia’s Prime Minister’s Department, focused on modernising public sector administration.
    • The agency drives digital transformation in the public sector through the adoption of e-Government solutions, cloud computing, big data analytics, and AI.
    • MAMPU works to streamline government services, reduce bureaucracy, and improve citizen engagement through digital platforms like MyGov and ePerolehan.

MAMPU, a key agency under Malaysia’s Prime Minister’s Department, was established with the goal of modernising and improving the efficiency of public sector management. The agency’s primary focus is on transforming public administration through the adoption of innovative technologies, digital governance, and e-Government solutions. By leveraging digital tools, MAMPU aims to streamline government services, reduce bureaucracy, and improve citizen engagement.

Empowering the Public Sector through Digital Transformation

At the core of MAMPU’s initiatives is its commitment to implementing cutting-edge technology in public services. Through the introduction of various digital platforms and systems, such as the MyGov portal and ePerolehan, MAMPU has enhanced the delivery of government services, making them more accessible, efficient, and transparent. These platforms enable seamless communication between government agencies and citizens, allowing for quicker responses to public inquiries and the digitalisation of administrative processes.
