Finexus Group, in collaboration with Digital Penang, conducted an insightful e-Invoicing workshop aimed at supporting startups and entrepreneurs.

    Introducing AREMA: LHDN e-invoicing solutions

During the workshop, Sean Ng, Technical Engineering Manager at Finexus, provided a detailed introduction to the AREMA e-Invoicing solutions.

Sean Ng, Technical Engineering Manager at Finexus, introduced the AREMA e-Invoicing solutions

He addressed various audience questions and highlighted how users can access the AREMA web portal to verify e-Invoicing information before submitting it to Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN or IRBM). He also explained the process of uploading multiple e-Invoices using the LHDN template downloaded from the AREMA portal, and the benefits of automated email delivery of validated e-Invoices to customers.

The AREMA e-Invoicing solution is a comprehensive digital invoicing platform designed to streamline and automate the invoicing process for businesses. It enables users to generate, manage, and send electronic invoices that comply with regulatory standards, such as those set by the LHDN.

    Expanding with AREMA retail solutions

Finexus also showcased their AREMA retail solutions. These solutions enable online or walk-in customers to easily scan displayed AREMA or FIDU QR codes to request LHDN-validated e-Invoices. The retail offerings include POS systems, e-commerce platforms, vending machines, and QR standees.
