    • Telecom Malagasy’s network has demonstrated superior performance, offering unparalleled connectivity and reliability to its customers.
    • The company’s dedication to customer service has resulted in high satisfaction rates, solidifying its reputation as a customer-centric organisation.
    • With an unwavering commitment to service excellence and technological advancement, Telecom Malagasy continues to set the industry benchmark.

Since the company’s privatisation in 2004, Telecom Malagasy (Telma) has been providing reliable telecommunications services to the people of Madagascar. With a strong presence across the country, the company is committed to enriching the lives of its customers through seamless connectivity and digital inclusion. With plans for further expansion and service enhancement, Telecom Malagasy is poised to maintain its position as the top network provider, delivering cutting-edge services to its customers.

Telma’s 3 innovations strengthen the leadership position

Telma has reinforced the company’s advanced technology and position as leader in new information and communication technology in Madagascar with three major innovations : the establishment of FTTH (Fibre to the home), which will revolutionise our digital behaviour ; the strategic partnership between CanalSat and the creation of an ASDL + CanalSat TV package; and the reception of international money transfers directly to Telma mobile telephones, thanks to the partnership between MVola and Western Union.

These three innovations consolidate Telma’s leading position: the best service provider for clients, and the best partner for both international and local businesses.

Telma creates opportunities in the NTIC industry

The investments made by Telma have not only allowed existing Malagasy companies to grow, but have also attracted new businesses, creating new jobs in the Northern Technologies International Corporation (NTIC) sector and opening up new opportunities for young Malagasies looking to the future. They can now become true global citizens.

Let us remember that Telma’s mission is “to make every Malagasy a citizen of the digital world”. In order to fulfil this mission, we do not hesitate to enrich our partnerships and collaborations with various public and private entities.

    Telecom’s ADG said

Telecom’s ADG (Additional director general) said, “Let us remember that Telma’s mission is ‘to make every Malagasy a citizen of the digital world.‘ In order to fulfil this mission, we do not hesitate to enrich our partnerships and collaborations with various public and private entities.”

To do this, Telma constantly works to bring the lowest prices and the best services to Malagasy people, and to international partners seeking to benefit from the advantages offered by this Indian Ocean hub.
