Yum! Brands is accelerating the deployment of its “Voice AI” technology across Taco Bell locations. Initially trialled at over 100 Taco Bell drive-thru in the US, the technology is now set to expand to hundreds of additional stores by the end of the year. The system has been under development for approximately two years, with the aim of streamlining drive-thru operations, enhancing order accuracy, and reducing wait times. Yum!
