Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited is calling on running enthusiasts to promote sports tourism through the ‘Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2024.’ The series begins with the ‘Bangkok Airways Samui Half Marathon,’ featuring TV personality ‘Denkhun Ngamnet,’ at Phru Chaweng Public Park, Koh Samui, Surat Thani, on June 23, 2024. Participants can join the 21km Half Marathon, 10km Mini Marathon, or 5km Fun Run, with a special ‘Kids Series Race’ for children under 10. Registration and details for the Samui Half Marathon are available until May 30, 2024.
Exclusive to Bangkok Airways passengers traveling from June 16 to 30, 2024, the ‘FLY to RUN’ promotion offers a complimentary running code for 100 entries (1 per air-ticket) for the series. Returning participants receive a 200 baht discount code for one-way or round-trip flight tickets on all domestic routes serviced by Bangkok Airways, valid until October 31, 2024 (travel until November 30, 2024).
Participants will receive a ‘Race Kit package’ including a stylish running shirt by ASAVA, made from recycled plastic fibres sourced from PET bottles, along with a runner’s BIB number, medals, and post-race refreshments. Half Marathon finishers will also receive a special Finisher T-shirt design.
