  •  Zoho achieves 43 per cent UK growth and unveils plans for a new UK data centre early in 2026.
  •  The company also triples its UK staff and moves its UK office to Milton Keynes to support expansion.

What happened: Zoho reveals rapid UK expansion

Zoho announces a new UK data centre slated for the first quarter of 2026, allowing customers to keep their data within UK boundaries only and bolstering delivery of AI-powered services. The move comes alongside a remarkable 43 per cent year-on-year growth in the UK market. To support this momentum, Zoho has tripled its UK workforce over the past two years and is relocating its Bletchley-based UK office to Milton Keynes, creating space for continued expansion.

Why it’s important

Zoho’s managing director for the UK, Sachin Agrawal, highlights the imperative for data privacy, especially in regulated sectors such as public services and finance. He emphasises that hosting customer data within the UK aligns with Zoho’s commitment to privacy and enhanced localisation. The relocation of its office supports these efforts by strengthening the company’s local presence, enabling closer market engagement and improved customer support.

This expansion furthers Zoho’s Transnational Localism strategy, designed to deliver local expertise combined with global innovation as part of digital transformation for British businesses. Zoho is also bolstering its UK partner ecosystem—resellers, integrators, distributors—which has seen a 100 per cent increase in premium partner numbers in the past year. This combined infrastructure of data sovereignty, local talent, and partner growth not only enhances customer trust but positions Zoho to capture rising demand for compliant, responsive cloud services in the UK.

While the UK remains Zoho’s largest and longest established European market and its third largest globally, this trilogy of infrastructural, operational, and strategic investments signifies a deepening commitment. By retaining local control over data, boosting staff presence, and empowering partner networks, Zoho offers a compelling model of how cloud providers can intertwine privacy, agility, and customer-centric excellence in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
