    Company overview and infrastructure

LunaFibre is a South African internet service provider based in Western Cape. It delivers uncapped fibre internet to homes and businesses. The company operates via multiple fibre network operators (FNOs). LunaFibre enables customers to choose from FNOs including Openserve, Thinkspeed and Lightstruck. Its formulas support speeds from 20 Mbps up to 500 Mbps. LunaFibre provides a free pre-configured router with every new package. Installation occurs within 48 hours after FNO completes fibre setup. Packages include specific offerings branded for streaming, gaming, or general use. Its infrastructure includes fibre-optic lines and wireless access points managed in partnership with FNOs. The provider includes home Wi-Fi guides and support to optimise signal strength. It emphasizes simplified activation via online coverage checks and clear steps for sign-up, activation and support. The company supports both households and businesses with tailored connectivity solutions.

Services, coverage expansion and customer approach

LunaFibre’s offerings include various packages: Thinkspeed bundles like “Streamer Pro,” “Gamer Pro,” and “Speed Master,” with speeds up to 500 Mbps. The packages are uncapped and unshaped, serving high-demand usage like streaming and gaming. LunaFibre continues to expand coverage across Johannesburg and Western Cape, based on FNO availability. It maintains support services via phone, WhatsApp and email. The company ensures quick response with designated support hours. It also provides Wi-Fi improvement guides and optional home network enhancements. LunaFibre’s model focuses on ease of use: customers check coverage, pick a package, submit an order, and await installation. The company supports digital inclusion by improving internet access via fibre. Its approach integrates performance, simplicity, and customer support into its service delivery.
