Operating under the Ministry of Interior, PWA is responsible for water distribution in 74 provinces, excluding Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi. The organisation ensures water quality in line with World Health Organization (WHO) standards, serving residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
