Stryve is not trying to look like a miniature hyperscale cloud. Its public record is more interesting than that. The company sits in the Irish middle market where regulated customers, growing SMEs and software-dependent operators have to decide whether local assurance, named support, recoverability and data-location proof are worth paying for when cheaper public-cloud capacity is always visible in the background.
