Entre iBPortal, presentado en 2007 como puente entre el coste energético previsto y el rendimiento real de un edificio, e IntelliFace, anunciado en 2012 como plataforma de datos para recursos y sostenibilidad, Quality Attributes Software dejó una huella reconocible en la primera etapa del software de gestión energética. El interés actual del caso no está en reconstruir una oferta comercial que ya no puede verificarse, sino en entender qué ocurre con los datos, las integraciones y el conocimiento operativo cuando el software instalado puede durar más que la evidencia pública sobre su proveedor.
Entre iBPortal en 2007 et IntelliFace en 2012, Quality Attributes Software a porté une même ambition : faire des données du bâtiment un instrument de pilotage énergétique et d’automatisation. Les traces publiques qui subsistent racontent aussi l’autre moitié de l’histoire, celle d’un logiciel d’entreprise dont les interfaces, les séries historiques et les habitudes d’exploitation peuvent durer bien après que les preuves d’une activité commerciale actuelle se sont raréfiées.
Quality Attributes Software left a public record of ambitious facility-data products, a building-energy partnership, an ownership change and announced institutional contracts. Its sharper relevance now is not as proof of a current service, but as a case study in what buyers inherit when software becomes part of a building's operating memory and the vendor story later becomes difficult to verify.
