The sharper question is whether a BrainTEL account can combine business internet, local support, cloud hosting, SMS, voice and managed-IT help into a lower-friction operating bundle than PTCL, mobile data, a cheaper neighbourhood ISP or separate cloud, SMS and VoIP vendors.
