Institutional profile
Access Bank Cameroon began operations in May 2022. It is part of the Access Bank Group. The bank opened its first branch in Douala and now operates in Yaoundé as well. It serves individuals, SMEs and corporate clients. Services include savings, loans, trade finance and digital tools. The bank uses mobile apps, USSD codes and online platforms.
By 2025, it had over 10,000 customers and five branches. Deposit volume rose from FCFA 21.6 billion in 2022 to FCFA 146 billion in 2024. The bank focuses on financial inclusion, especially for youth and small businesses. Its operations aim to support underserved populations through accessible banking.

Products and digital outreach
Access Bank Cameroon provides mobile banking, online services and Visa cards. It supports bill payment, transfers and microloans through its app. It also offers tools for trade finance and business management.
The bank has received awards for growth and customer service. It runs CSR programmes in education, health and entrepreneurship. Over 200,000 people were reached through outreach in 2024. The bank plans further expansion in cities and services by 2027. It supports digital access, SME growth and regional trade.
