Our smart community solutions include central control screens that enable users to manage lighting, home appliances, curtains, air conditioning, fresh air systems, and underfloor heating all from a single interface. These systems are controlled through advanced technologies such as ZigBee, CAN bus, and KNX standards.
Q: How do IoT and AI technologies fit into your smart home systems?
Our systems leverage IoT and AI to enhance functionality and user experience. IoT technologies like ZigBee and KNX facilitate seamless communication between devices, while AI enhances automation and predictive capabilities. This integration allows for intuitive control and improved efficiency within smart homes.
Q: DNAKE relies on Huawei’s HarmonyOS for its products. What advantages does this provide for your business?
HarmonyOS, developed by Huawei, offers significant advantages, particularly in terms of data security. Unlike Android, which can be susceptible to security vulnerabilities and cyber threats, HarmonyOS is domestically produced and better aligned with national data protection standards. This makes it a reliable choice for sensitive applications, including those in hospitals. We are proud to be the first company to fully adopt HarmonyOS, integrating it into various systems, including those used by Yangpu District Central People’s Hospital and Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital.

Therefore, we are advocating for national support and collaboration with Huawei, using Huawei’s HarmonyOS.”

Yes, we have established a strong presence in international markets. Our building intercom systems and smart healthcare products, such as patient bed calling systems and queue management systems, are exported to regions including Dubai, Southeast Asia, the United States, Germany, and other parts of Europe. In the United States, for example, we adapt our systems to use Android, while HarmonyOS remains a staple in the domestic Chinese market.
Q: Looking ahead, what new technologies are you excited about in the smart community sector?
We are particularly excited about the advancements in 5G and the upcoming 6G technology. Our entire factory and production facilities are already utilising 5G technology, thanks to our strategic partnership with China Unicom. This ensures the efficient circulation of data and supports the deployment of advanced smart community solutions.
