    Zain KSA appoints Saad AlSadhan as CEO to lead digital shift

    What happened: Zain KSA confirms Saad AlSadhan as CEO after leading cloud and 5G expansion efforts

    Zain KSA said its Board of Directors has named Eng. Saad bin Abdulrahman AlSadhan as the new Chief Executive Officer. His new role will start on 1 July 2025. He has been Acting CEO since August 2024. He joined Zain KSA in April 2016. He worked before as Chief Business and Wholesale Officer. He helped grow the company’s enterprise and wholesale business. He also helped create strong partnerships and improve digital products.

    He helped build Zain Cloud. This platform supports digital services for companies and government bodies. He worked on growing the 5G network. He helped upgrade the company’s network to meet market needs. He built ties with government groups and global tech firms. These efforts helped bring new technology to Saudi Arabia. He worked on local training and knowledge sharing. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahad University. He also studied management at INSEAD. He has worked at both local and global telecom companies.

    Why this is important

His role shows Zain KSA wants to keep growing its digital services.
