OneCloud LDA boosts local cloud services in Mozambique
OneCloud LDA, based in Maputo, is one of Mozambique’s first companies dedicated to enterprise cloud services. Through its portfolio — including CloudServer, CloudConnect, CloudNetwork, and CloudIntegration — the company enables businesses to modernise IT systems, improve bandwidth efficiency, and securely migrate operations to the cloud. According to the company’s official site onecloud.co.mz, CloudConnect represents Mozambique’s first Enterprise Cloud Exchange, giving organisations on-demand access to over 900 data centres, and more than 120 SaaS platforms worldwide. CloudServer uses hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) to unify storage, compute, and networking, creating agile virtual environments.
OneCloud’s “A-Team” has migrated more than 300 cloud networks in Mozambique, with all clients remaining active. On its LinkedIn profile, the company positions itself as a leader in Mozambique’s enterprise cloud ecosystem, highlighting innovation and reliability.

OneCloud LDA matters for Mozambique’s cloud future
Mozambique’s shift towards a digital economy is slowed by several barriers — international hosting fees, limited bandwidth availability, and a shortage of migration expertise. OneCloud confronts these problems with local hosting options and scalable cloud products that cut costs, boost reliability, and reduce risks tied to foreign data centres.
Across Africa, the cloud sector continues to wrestle with heavy investment needs, policy uncertainty, and power supply issues. Yet new tools such as SD-WAN, hyper-converged platforms, and development agency funding are making entry easier. By linking local systems to global networks, OneCloud gives Mozambican companies a chance to operate on equal footing in the digital era. Its blend of robust technology and no-cost migration support offers a realistic way to close long-standing digital gaps.
